Our strategic internal communication approaches help global organisations improve employee experience and engagement, while navigating their business and/or culture transformation. 

We have a 30+ virtual team made up of communication, leadership, change, psychology and HR experts who have between 5-40 years’ of experience working with global businesses. Complex transformational change projects excite us just as much as reliable ‘business as usual’ communication support. It all matters to us. We know what a difference we can make together.

We are currently reviewing ways of working across our business. Our aim is to better understand the carbon impact of communication activities, so we can reduce our impact on the planet. We plan to share our findings with clients and our supply chain, to help reduce their impact too.
