Everyone at AG has a purpose

Our team each have a reason for choosing flexibility. Some want to spend more time with their families, some want to work from anywhere and some want to start and grow their own business. We’re here for it all.

We see the positive impact of supporting their different lifestyles through our AG ecosystem. Our team intuitively co-create, share ideas and cheer each other on.

Together we are growing a business that helps everyone in our team create a lifestyle that works for them. This is something we are incredibly proud of. It’s what makes us AG.

Sarah’s story

I can’t quite believe that Lynne and I have known each other for 20 years. We met working in corporate communications for a Financial Services brand. Things were so different back then. Choices were limited and flexibility was non-existent.

Lynne went on to launch AG from Cheshire. Not long after, I decided to leave and launch my first business. We stayed in touch and when Lynne approached me to work on a project with AG virtually and flexibly from London – I jumped at the chance! That was 12 years ago now. Since then, I’ve worked on AG projects virtually from London, Yorkshire and now from Margate, on the Kent Coast.

Working with AG has given me the opportunity to move around the country without career limitations. It’s also given me the flexibility to start my mentoring business for solo founders who want to work flexibly and have a better balance. I wouldn’t have dreamed any of this was possible 20 years ago. But with trust and the right support it is, and that feels good. Oh, and the best bit is I get to jump in the sea every day now too!

Emily’s story

Around 5 years ago, my parents decided to relocate to the East Neuk of Scotland. As a family we would visit them regularly for holidays and fell in love with this beautiful part of the world. The pandemic made this difficult and prompted us to reflect on what was important to us as a family, where we wanted to live, quality of life etc.

Working for AG made our relocation to Scotland possible. I was fortunate enough to continue my career, whilst working virtually and flexibly around my children as they settled into a new school. This flexibility and support has been invaluable. And I still get to work from the AG office when I’m back for a visit too!

Making a new life in Scotland has been the best decision for our family. Having such beautiful surroundings on our doorstep has made me really appreciate the power of nature and the sense of peace it brings, which has made a difference to us all.

Emma’s story

I’ve been visiting Mexico regularly during Winter for the past 8 years – escaping the UK to warm weather, beautiful beaches and all-you-can-eat guacamole! :)

My husband is involved with a community music project in the part of Mexico that we visit – a beautiful conservation area, on the Pacific coast.

We haven’t been able to travel for a few years due to the pandemic, so when we got the opportunity to spend 2 months over there at the start of 2022, I jumped at the chance – knowing I could continue to work remotely for AG and my husband could be on site for the build of the community recording studio.

Eventually we would love to be based in Mexico for 2-3 months of the year and working with AG means that dream is starting to feel like a reality.
