Our purpose priorities

We’re guided by three purpose priorities:

Committed to our business model that provides virtual and flexible opportunities to support a purposeful work/life balance for our team and offers maximum value to our clients, with minimal impact on people and our planet.

This is about AG “being the best FOR the world” (Ryan Honeyman, Author and Impact Consultant).

Helping and supporting stakeholders who align with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We will educate, share experience and support others in their mission for positive impact. We will grow and invest in relationships that align with our purpose. 

This is about AG “aligning with those committed to serving the common good” (Patagonia).

Continuing to grow purpose partnerships like 1% for the Planet, B Lab UK, Business Declares and The Girls’ Network. These partners will help us define and deliver our AG giving strategy, and support our goal to be Net Zero by 2025.

This is about AG “making changes in our societies and in our economies and in our politics” (Sir David Attenborough).
