Esther Clark
Business Lead – Communications

My background

I have worked in internal communications and change management for 25 years, across everything from live corporate events, to complex change projects and everything in between. I started my career in communications at a TV studio and have worked with and for national and international companies across a variety of industries.

What I enjoy most about my work

I love the variety and complexity of working alongside multiple clients to deliver diverse projects. The work brings me in to contact with interesting people at all organisational levels with all sorts of skills, knowledge and insights that I don’t have. It’s always exciting and interesting to learn new things and meet new people.

Some of the companies I have worked with

The Big Food Group (Iceland Foods, Booker Cash and Carry, Peugeot, AstraZeneca

What I love about AG Comms

There is a huge amount of talent and energy at AG Comms and they are an incredibly friendly and supportive bunch, but the thing I love the most is that this is a group of people who really loves what they do. If someone says they’ll do something, you can be certain it will get done and done well and there is always someone willing to share their expertise when needed. It’s refeshing, reassuring and great fun. On top of that, it is a business with a clear passion for making the world a better place and you see that put into action on a daily basis.

How does working for AG Comms support you?

AG Comms has essentially supported me to carry on working over the last few years. Without the flexibility and support offered by Lynne and the team it simply wouldn’t have been possible to juggle home and work. On a professional level, I am always learning from the team and know that there are opportunities for development there if needed. I’ve recently qualified as carbon literate and that is something I may never have done if it weren’t for AG Comms.
