My background  

As I write this, I’ve been creating content as living for just shy of 20 years, very nearly equally divided by working in-house in a multinational and as a freelance consultant. If I also count making skate videos and filming back somersaults into golf bunkers set to music, then it goes way further back than that. I didn’t fall into this role as such - I cut my teeth really in the live event space, as an AV technician and that lead me here somehow. I never thought I’d miss loading the back of a transit van…

What I enjoy most about my work 

Being able to create, no doubt. I really do get satisfaction and pleasure from what I do. It’s not always glamorous, but therein lies the challenge - how can I take a few words and translate them into a memorable, emotive piece that will hopefully have a positive impact.

My hope for the future 

My hope for the future is that there is one. Bleak right? Positive societal change.

A supportive, knowledgeable, wise bunch. Being able to be me is priceless.

How does working for AG Comms support you? 

Working with AG enables me to be able to look after my teenage son, who needs that extra help and guidance to safely navigate the world, happily. Having a ridiculous dog also throws a spanner into the works. Time is what we need, and I am fortunate to have that.

I always feel AG has my back. Fairy godmothers do exist.
