My background  

Originally from a marketing background, I have over 25 years’ experience in internal communications, working with a range of clients across various industries, largely supporting transformational change. My clients have described me as an organised and strategic communicator, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on, practical guidance. I am committed to understanding each organisation’s culture and priorities, which allows me to drive initiatives forward efficiently and engage stakeholders effectively.

What I enjoy most about my work 

What I enjoy most about my work is diving into a new project or company, getting to know its goals and ways of working, and collaborating closely with the team. I take pride in quickly understanding what’s needed and delivering assignments effectively and efficiently.

My hope for the future 

My hope for the future is that businesses will broaden their focus beyond profit alone and properly commit to sustainability. It’s concerning to see the relentless drive for sales without enough consideration for environmental impact. I believe companies can still achieve success by balancing growth with responsible practices, demonstrating that profitability and sustainability can go hand in hand. Sustainable business practices aren’t just ethical, they’re essential for long-term resilience and positive impact.

I love the flexibility of, within reason, being able to work where and when I want on client projects.
