My background  

I have worked as both an EA and a manager supporting senior leaders across a variety of different industries for over 30 years. I joined AG two years ago as Lynne’s EA and Coordinator. I like to think that I’m a ‘safe pair of hands’ who works hard to help facilitate consistent high achievement.

My hope for the future 

I love working with and being part of a B Corp accredited business. I love everything that the B Corp movement represents. I hope that the power of business to do good reaches far and wide to work in harmony with the planet, reducing the impact that humans are having making the world a better place for all.

Possibly the best team of people that I’ve ever worked with! A talented and dynamic group with such a wealth of experience, collaborative, supportive and generous, I love working with them!

How does working for AG Comms support you? 

The flexible working model enables me to balance my AG work with my family business commitments. It also enables me to take time out of my busy working day to focus on my wellbeing, to take an exercise class or a walk, to reset. AG is a kind and caring company that supports the wellbeing of its employees and members, it has given me the work/life balance that I didn’t previously have.
