My background  

I have a background in HR and change, and I enjoy delivering people and organisational transformation projects over a range of sectors and industries – whether I am leading the People or Communications workstream. I am proud to be a Fellow of the CIPD and I am also an NLP Practitioner, and I have been a certified practicing coach to business leaders and professionals for over 25 years.

What I enjoy most about my work 

I love developing a deep understanding of the people, projects and organisations I work with and helping leaders to develop creative solutions to their business challenges and issues. I am passionate about helping leaders to communicate authentically and take a values-led approach to engaging their teams and stakeholders.

My hope for the future 

I want to have a positive impact by helping more leaders and individuals become conscious of their values and how to put them into action so that we create a more positive and caring world for us all to live and work in together. A world where we can actively protect and nurture people and the planet. I believe in creating harmony – which to me means the alignment of lots of diverse voices, views and energies to bring about change with empathy, respect and understanding.

What I love about AG Comms 

I love my AG colleagues, who inspire me to be better and do better every day. I love that we are making a positive impact together and that we are able to be our authentic selves and support each other no matter what. We deliver together, we laugh together and we pull together when one of the team needs extra support.
