We’re delighted to announce that AG Comms has been awarded Gold Rating by EcoVadis for our sustainability performance. Scoring advanced in Environment and Labour and Human Rights categories and outstanding in Ethics places us in the top 96th percentile of businesses in our sector. We’re proud of this outcome, as we’re still learning about ways to reduce our impact and know we have a long way to go!

If you haven’t heard of EcoVadis, they're a global leader in supply chain sustainability ratings. Our largest client requested that we go through the EcoVadis process to evaluate our operational sustainability practices as part of their commitment to reduce scope 3 emissions across their full supply chain.

After already taking our business through the rigorous B Corp certification process, we felt semi-prepared for EcoVadis, and (thankfully!) already had a lot of the required evidence ready to go. It was still a big task though, and our team put a huge amount of effort in for us to meet the deadline. Going through B Corp certification was our choice, and a goal driven by our purpose strategy. EcoVadis evaluation on the other hand, was the first time we had been asked by a client, as their supplier, to evaluate our environmental impact for their measurement - a positive sign of things to come we hope.

Receiving a Gold EcoVadis rating further validates our sustainability commitments, practices and performance and strengthens our commitment to our clients’ environmental journey, as well as our own. We believe that businesses of all shapes and sizes should be making sustainability a strategic priority, and whilst it's not going to be an overnight fix or anywhere perfect solution, would feel like a step in the right direction.
