My background  

Having been a HR Director and a CEO myself and holding cross functional board roles, I have a strong appreciation of the challenges facing my clients and the ability to interpret key business insight to design and deliver creative and effective HR and impact solutions, always aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives of an organisation.

By leveraging my HR expertise, I can help organisations embed sustainability into their corporate DNA, fostering a purpose-driven culture that attracts and retains high-performing employees who are passionate about making a positive impact. My understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices helps clients to integrate these critical aspects into every area of the organisation, fostering a culture of social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

What I enjoy most about my work 

The opportunity to make a tangible impact by aligning people and impact strategies with a company’s broader mission and values.  My work lets me creatively design solutions that not only address business challenges but also foster purposeful change within the company and beyond.

Additionally, I enjoy working with diverse organisations and adapting strategies to fit unique business models, whether for large corporations or SMEs. This diversity offers continuous learning and challenges, keeping me engaged and inspired by the unique needs of each client.

My hope for the future 

Advancing the integration of sustainable practices and ESG principles within companies, with a focus on creating meaningful, purpose-driven cultures. Ultimately, I want to continue to focus on designing and delivering strategies that lead to thriving, resilient.
