The multi-national organisations we partner with have global networks of local and regional communication, diversity, and change leads who are key to the success of localising campaigns. They help convert communications into local language, tailor activities and include core messaging across a broad mix of channels. We help them do this by supporting their strategic planning and the coordination of global activities as well as developing ‘in a box’ campaign materials that can be adapted locally where it’s required. This ‘hub and spoke’ approach empowers local teams to take ownership of their messaging – they literally reach the parts we can’t.

It’s this strategic approach that helps to generate engagement amongst their people, around the issues that matter. Increasingly, people are choosing to join, stay or leave an employer because of the values they uphold, the stance they take, and the impact that they make.
